Terms of Use
Updated 8 October 2026. These terms cover the SeekApp Scope website and early prototype, a project operated by Truong Can Em in Vietnam. Contact: contact@seekapp.net.
Current offering
SeekApp Scope is in early development. The website presents an intended workflow for freelancers and small agencies. Sample briefs and outputs are fictional illustrations. There are no paid subscriptions or customer accounts in this version. The local API path is prepared for future evaluation; live Claude usage has not yet been validated. The architecture described on the website is planned. Early-access contact is by email and does not guarantee admission to a beta.
Drafts require your review
Examples, prompts and any future generated outputs are starting points for review. Check scope, assumptions, pricing, timelines and commitments yourself before sharing a proposal. SeekApp Scope does not send proposals, accept work or make commitments on your behalf. Outputs are not legal advice.
Responsible use
Use only information you are entitled to share. Do not enter credentials or confidential client material without permission. Do not use the prototype for unlawful activity, deception, spam, unauthorized access or disruption. Any enabled third-party integration is also subject to that provider's applicable terms.
Your material
You retain your rights to material you provide. These terms do not transfer ownership of your client briefs to SeekApp Scope. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The early prototype may change or be unavailable. We do not promise error-free outputs, particular commercial results or ongoing availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. If the offering changes, we will update these terms and their date before applying the updated terms to the changed offering.
